What is your cancellation policy?

Guests who cancel 14+ days before check-in will get a 100% refund. No refunds for cancellations under 14 days unless rebooked by a new guest.

How much are taxes?

The state of Minnesota, Lake County and Two Harbors charges separate lodging tax for all rentals.

Minnesota State General Sales and Use tax = 6.875%
Lake County Accommodations tax = 4%
Lake County General Sales and Use tax = 0.5%
Two Harbors General Sales and Use tax = 1%
Two Harbors Accommodations tax = 1%

How do I check-in?

We offer contactless check-in. We will provide you a lockbox code for you to easily come and go.
